PSYSTEM pellet PRESS automated with the refiner, its hydraulic control unit and pellet unloading auger.
Used and overhauled by the manufacturer.
Production capacity up to 350 kg/hour, starting from sawdust and fine wood chips, maximum humidity 13-14%.

Coupled motor 30 kW, absorption depends on actual production. For example, with the hourly production of 250 kg of pellets per hour, electricity consumption will be approximately 25 kWh.

It can be integrated into the customized system based on the needs and characteristics of the material and completed with:
1) Mini silo for collecting the raw material or a container of various volumes (depending on the autonomy we want to obtain and the available budget).
2) Sorting machine (if there are metal contaminants in the waste).
3) Additional refiner for waste with dimensions greater than G20 (20x20x5 mm)
4) Dryer for waste with humidity greater than 14%
5) Filter for dust recirculation (its capacity depends on the power of the dryer and productivity of the plant).
6) Hopper for pellet collection
7) Packaging system (manual, automatic…..)
