We offer an industrial NOWICKI vacuum tumbler, model MA-2000 PSCH, year 2003 – a device designed for massaging and curing red meat, poultry, and bone-in cuts under vacuum conditions. The 2000-liter capacity tumbler with cooling is ideal for large meat processing plants, poultry processing plants, and premium product manufacturers where high efficiency, uniform curing, and consistent quality of the finished product are important.

Thanks to its vacuum operation, the NOWICKI MA-2000 PSCH improves protein binding, tenderness, and juiciness of meat, while minimizing oxidation and weight loss. A robust drum with mixing blades ensures gentle but intense mechanical action on the raw material, which shortens the massaging process. Installed power of 4.1 kW, which guarantees stable operation in continuous mode.
Compact dimensions for its capacity – length 3150 mm, width 1400 mm, height 1750 mm – allow the device to be conveniently placed in an existing hall, also in lines with an injector, brine mixer, and smoking and steaming chambers.
