MMD 3000 washing system with pivoting brush

The unwashed fruit is fed into the system, and after a pre-wash, it is further cleaned by another spray of fresh water on the conveyor belt.
Easy to clean, equipped with durable, food-grade polypropylene/acetal modular belts with steplessly adjustable belt speed in two directions, with two steerable rollers and two fixed rollers, or with anti-vibration feet.
Requires minimal maintenance.

- Air injection – with nozzles and a fan at the bottom of the tank for intensive washing
- Air knife – removes water from the surface of the fruit, so that less water ends up in the final product
- Circulation pump with filter – ensures the correct flow in the washing tank
