The set on offer is a complete MAREL SmartLine Grader weighing and sorting system in Dual Lane configuration, featuring two independent belts, each served by its own row of sorting output bins on the side of the machine, allowing for higher throughput than a single-lane configuration. The set additionally includes 2 infeed conveyors, model INF-PROL 031-02, 2 dynamic weighing stations (Dynamic Weighing Unit, model DWU, year 2014, range 250 g–6 kg), and 2 sorting stations (target batcher). The system is designed mainly for fish products but works well with most other food products too.
How does the MAREL SmartLine Grader Dual Lane system work?

Product is fed onto the line via two infeed conveyors, model INF-PROL 031-02, which deliver raw material to the weighing stations in a steady, controlled manner. Each of the two dynamic weighing stations (DWU) measures the weight of individual product pieces within a range of 250 g to 6 kg, passing the data to the control system. Based on the measured weight and programmed sorting criteria, the two sorting stations (target batcher) direct the product to the appropriate output bins, enabling precise batching to a target weight with minimal giveaway. The open, hygienic IP69K-rated construction allows for fast disassembly and pressure washdown, while an intuitive touchscreen panel provides ongoing monitoring and control of the sorting process.
