Three-way tipper body with FASSI F195A.2.24 e-dynamic crane mounted directly behind the cab (crane with top specification: radio remote control, hydraulic outriggers via remote operation, work lights, etc.)

Subframe: Robust steel welded construction with two longitudinal members and cross members to support the 5 mm thick tipper profile and a 5 mm Hardox or Naxtra floor plate. A 1,000 mm high fixed steel bulkhead with 2 round lashing rings inside, positioned externally at half height. Fixed corner posts with lower fasteners. Rear and side walls (one-piece over the full length) made of aluminium hollow profiles; side walls are foldable and swingable with tailgate lifting aid. The tailgate is also foldable and swing-mounted, with centralized locking integrated into the tipper profile. Floor plate made of 4 mm Hardox or Naxtra, precisely welded to the tipper profile and the longitudinal/cross members. Press traverse and tipper arms are recessed into the longitudinal beams and appropriately reinforced. Lashing rings (4 per side) are distributed along the outer edge of the tipper floor. Steel structure made from St 52-3. All steel parts are sandblasted; body components are painted or powder-coated in single-color RAL 9016.
