STS V-2.0

Tank
• 2,000-liter tank capacity
• Tank hot-dip galvanized
• Tank slightly inclined to the rear for easier cleaning
• Side cleaning port in the tank allows removal of contamination or blockages without opening the tank lid
• Tank lid opens fully to the passenger side and is secured with hook bolts
• Two safety levels standard to prevent compressor damage
• Siphon separator — overflow with two balls and sight glass
• Manometer mounted on the suction assembly with protective bracket
• Mechanical fill level indicator with color scale

Engine and Compressor
• MEC 3000 vacuum compressor with 3,500 l/min air performance
• Maximum vacuum -0.8 bar (continuous operation at -0.5 bar)
• Maximum overpressure 0.49 bar
• Maintenance-free V-belt drive for vacuum compressor
• Honda industrial engine GX 390 — electric start, oil sensor, control panel with ignition lock, battery, and tank
• Internal suction hose to prevent damage within the engine compartment
• Silencer for vacuum compressor with oil catch
• Stainless steel heat deflector above the exhaust
• 1-liter biodegradable compressor oil stored in the oil bottle holder
• 5-liter fuel canister in holder
• Standard funnel with long neck for easy engine oil changing and topping up
• All engine components and accessories housed in a lockable motor box
• Motor box made of aluminum and powder-coated in your desired color

Chassis
• Self-supporting chassis, fully hot-dip galvanized
• Low-loader tandem chassis, 3.5 t
• Track width matches that of passenger cars and Sprinters for optimal driving
• Lowest possible center of gravity of the suction tank
• Two axles, each with 1,750 kg load capacity and single-wheel suspension from a reputable manufacturer
• Continuously welded V-drawbar
• Robust metal fenders with integrated lamp housings
• Stake holders for quick securing of suction hoses with elastic bands

Suction Tank
• Overrun brake with reverse automatic
• Automatically locking ball coupling

• 13-pin electrical connection

Connections and Hoses
• 2 suction hoses (3") 5 m each with Perrot couplings
• 1 suction lance 3" (1,500 mm long)
• 1 Perrot connection (3") in the lower tank lid
• 1 Perrot connection (3") on the right side in direction of travel
