PROCESS

The pre-prepared onions are introduced into the feeding section and conveyed individually to the work area.

The system keeps each onion positioned during its advance, allowing the cutting mechanism to perform the operation in a controlled manner. Once processed, the product continues to the discharge point and can be transferred directly to the next stage of production.
