Special-purpose machine for plastics shredding

Ideally suited for shredding:
- Paper, cardboard, pipes, profiles, boxes, canisters, buckets, cans, wooden pallet offcuts, etc.
- Medium-hard thermoplastics such as PVC, PP, PE, PS, PU, PET

Included:
- Special rotor with embedded knives (reduced load uptake)
- Minimal cutting gap between rotor and counter knives

*For finer granulation, a two-stage shredding process with downstream granulator type MVZ (screens 5-15 mm) is recommended

Raw material requirements:
- Moisture content (atro) must be below 25%
- Metals and mineral contaminants such as sand, stones, etc. will result in increased wear
