Vision 2800 Automatic Carton Machine
for processing continuous cardboard from the stack, also suitable for single-sheet feeding

Machine Description:

The machine listed here belongs to the static machine series, meaning that the cross-machine operations are performed on the upright carton. The machine is designed for high productivity. The maximum working width of the carton is 2,800 mm.

All tool settings are performed automatically.

1) Main machine body (automatic carton cutting machine):

Linear cross-cutting unit for the head-to-toe cut and the cross-cuts on the carton.

Linear cross-creasing unit for the cross-creases on the carton.


(Supplied as a cross-creaser, cross-creaser with perforation)

Longitudinal creasing groups from above for longitudinal creasing on the cardboard.
Longitudinal cutting groups for longitudinal cutting.

2) Double cardboard magazines

Two cardboard magazines ensure the provision and feeding of the raw cardboard to the processing machine.

Stack height of continuous corrugated cardboard up to a maximum of 2,200 mm is possible.

3) Control cabinet, control system, electronics:

Contains all components required to operate and control the system. Control cabinet components are based on Siemens.

The machine will be available in July 2025 and will then be available for sale.
