Overview

This KOSME DEPACK B B1F A/67-Rf is a depalletizer for empty containers such as blown bottles, built in 2013. It takes containers delivered in several layers on pallets, removes them layer by layer and transfers them to the downstream machine in the line. It handles containers from 100 to 500 ml at up to 13,000 containers per hour.

Full pallets run in on pallet chain conveyors, a gantry-type depalletizing head clears the layers and removes the tier sheets. The machine is enclosed by safety fencing with light curtains and access protection. It is controlled by a Siemens PLC from a separate control cabinet outside the machine and operated from a KOSME touch panel. The machine is format-dependent, with several formats set up.

Condition

Used. The machine has been out of production since 2019 and is still connected. It can partly be moved in manual mode; automatic operation cannot be demonstrated at present. Inspection in manual mode is possible by arrangement.

Availability

Available immediately. Dismantling can be arranged at any time; if it has not been collected by week 43/44 of 2026, the machine will be dismantled and put into storage. Location: Germany.
