KKT cBoxX40 chiller, year of manufacture 2021, air-cooled cooling unit for frost-free indoor installation.
Cooling capacity 29 kW (at water supply temperature 10 °C, ambient temperature 35 °C). Refrigerant R410A, compressor with energy-efficient scroll technology. Condenser in a compact design with high fin efficiency and low refrigerant charge. Speed-controlled fan with EC-Blue technology according to ErP 2015, corrosion-resistant Owlet blades. Electronic expansion valve with high control accuracy. Evaporator as a plate heat exchanger in an asymmetrical design.
Water circuit: customer-specific piping with external connections, insulated stainless steel tank (1.4301) in an atmospherically open design, electronic level monitoring incl. low water/dry-run protection, temperature and pressure display in refrigerant supply and return, flow control for evaporator protection, multi-stage centrifugal pump.
Control cabinet: design according to DIN EN 60204 Part 1 and VDE 0113 Part 1, controller with plain text display (multilingual, including German, English, French), main switch, motor protection switch, transformer for 24 V DC control circuit, status display, protection class IP54, collective fault/warning message with potential-free contact, potential-free remote control, short-cycling protection, limit value monitoring min./max.

Additionally included: insulation of the refrigerant lines and the pump inside the housing, overpressure valve for standby operation, level kit (supplied loose) for height differences >500 mm between chiller and consumer, leveling feet (supplied loose) for vibration decoupling and height compensation up to 5° floor slope. Complies with the Ecodesign Directive (EU) 2015/1095 and (EU) 2016/2281.
Condition, history and handling: year of manufacture 2021, ordered 07/2021, delivery week 38/2021. The unit was operated in conjunction with a Sollich temperature control system, the production use of which amounted to approximately 180 operating hours; an operating hour counter is not available. Stored in Wuppertal since the end of 2024, inspection by appointment. Purchase value in 2021 according to offer: 9,800 € net.
