Used foaming mixer by Kinematica AG (CH), type MEGATRON FM 19-120/2 LR-P. The machine has a working output in the range of 40–200 l/h, depending on the product. Maximum viscosity of the product up to 10,000 mPa·s. The foaming head is equipped with a heating/cooling jacket and can operate at pressures up to 23 bar and temperatures up to 90°C. The rotor operates with adjustable rotation speed in the range from 375 to 750 rpm. Main drive power consumption is 11 kW. Contact parts with the product are made of stainless steel AISI 316L. The mixer is equipped with an integrated lobe pump by Tri-Clover/Tri-Clamp, driven by an electric motor with a power of 0.75 kW. Working pressure up to 23 bar. Maximum rotation speed of lobes up to 370 rpm. Gas feeding system – dosing air/N₂ – at pressures up to 25 bar, temperatures up to 20°C, flow range 0.5 to 15 ln/min. The machine is mounted on a mobile stainless steel frame with a local control panel. Last used in food production.
