Also included in this auction: extrusion technology, a palletizing system with KUKA robots, and a refrigeration system.
System description
The shuttle warehouse has several storage levels, on which pallets can be stored and managed fully automatically. The pallets are fed into the warehouse via the existing conveyor technology and assigned to the respective storage locations by the shuttle system.
The multi-story design ensures optimal use of the available storage space. The system enables quick and automated preparation of the pallets for shipping, thereby streamlining logistics processes and reducing waiting times.
The system is particularly suitable as a buffer warehouse between production, palletizing, and loading, and ensures a continuous flow of materials.
