Fully automatic flow pack machine for packaging products—regardless of their length—in a full wrap with no film overlap. Product feeding is carried out via a conveyor belt, which simultaneously folds the product into a centre-folded film using a forming shoulder. Product indexing is controlled by a photoelectric sensor. The infeed conveyor can be easily adjusted to different product widths. Longitudinal sealing is accomplished by a continuous side sealing unit. The height of the forming shoulder and sealing units can be adjusted manually.

Wearing parts and defective components have been replaced. The machine has been technically inspected by Kallfass and is fully operational.
