One vessel as mash/wort kettle with bottom heating and internal boiler. One vessel as lauter tun/whirlpool. Made by Joh. Albrecht Brautechnik. - Plate heat exchanger (SONDEX) as wort cooler - Wort aeration (Donaldson) with sterile filter - 17.75 hl hot water tank, steam-heated, with pump. Made by Joh.
