This is a state-of-the-art blast chiller/shock freezer from the renowned manufacturer Irinox, model MF NEXT M A TRB FRZ. The Multi Fresh multifunctional blast chiller is your new assistant in the kitchen, equipped with a Multirack for 1/1 GN containers. Depending on the height of the GN trays, you can utilize between 9 and 18 slots.

The maximum loading capacity is 50 kg.
