The blast chiller/rapid cooler is equipped with the latest environmentally friendly refrigerant R290, ensuring you are up to date with the latest technical standards.

This is a state-of-the-art rapid cooler/blast chiller from the manufacturer Irinox, Model MF NEXT LL Essenziell Turbo. This multifunctional MultiFresh rapid cooler is your new kitchen assistant, equipped with a standard rack for 2/1 GN trays. The device has a maximum loading capacity of 95 kg and features a 10" touch display with rapid cooling and blast freezing functions. This version includes the Sanigen hygiene function, which eliminates 99.5% of bacteria and neutralizes odors. The Essenziell Turbo model is designed for high performance in both blast chilling and freezing. The refrigeration unit is air-cooled. The door opens to the left, and the appliance is fitted with a core temperature probe with 5 measuring points. The blast chiller features 4 swivel castors, including locking brakes.

Dear prospective buyer: Commissioning and user training by an Irinox specialist can be arranged for this unit. The device has 55 slots for racks in total. Currently, 30 rails for 2/1 GN are included, providing 15 rack levels. Additional GN rails or wider rails for 60 x 40 cm bakery trays can be ordered. One pair of 1/1 GN supporting rails costs €36 net, one pair of baker’s rails costs €69 net plus shipping.
There is also an option to use a multirack, allowing for double the number of rack positions for 1/1 GN trays.
