The HABITAT control tower package is ideally suited for HABITAT’s cell culture applications, enabling advanced monitoring and control of bioprocesses. This package features the control unit with comprehensive connection options for gas supply, liquid addition, sensors, and temperature regulation, complemented by a tablet for straightforward and clear operation of the bioreactor.

Process Control & Monitoring:

All bioprocess parameters and associated test values can be conveniently managed and monitored via the integrated tablet, which is attached to the control unit. The intuitive, user-friendly software allows selection between batch, fed-batch, and perfusion/continuous operation modes, depending on your cultivation requirements. The new 'Chaotic Mixing' feature enables rapid and effective mixing when needed. The 10.4-inch touchscreen tablet provides direct access to all actuators from the main interface. Key functionalities include clear calibration management, diagram overviews, and comprehensive process documentation. An optional software version compliant with FDA CFR Part 11 requirements is available.

The 1L vessel set for the HABITAT research bioreactor includes a 1-liter single-walled glass vessel designed for cell culture applications, alongside a compatible stirring drive. In conjunction with the separately available control tower package (e.g., HABITAT cell), you receive all essential components for successful cultivation.
