Baler is VK 88 R – FU, Frequency drives, 2 x 45 kw.

* Ball joint fixing main ram cylinder
* Stadler conveyor 1600 mm internal

Rod main cylinder and seals kit new.

To be replaced :
2 front chamber floor section : middle and front to the channel

Greasing / changing:
Few sides diabolos are used and running, some rusty, some in good condition.
Baler is running good and bales tying is ok
Ram wheels OK
Ram side wheels OK
Rod main cylinder : almost new
Main cylinder seals kit : almost new
Ram sides nylon strips : 80 – 90 % good. Finetune the geometry adding spacers ( customer has parts on stock)
Knife/ counter knife : good, 70%
Needles wheels : ok but change is preferred + the closing plates

Main frequency drive 1 of 2 :
in total 2 x 45 kW : one is out of order. I don’t know if it will be changed or not.
Baler is running on one pump.

Side walls chamber :
Side walls are worn out where the nylon guiding plate are sliding : few millimeters up to 2 mm average.

Conveyor :
Chain rollers are used with a bit of play. Greasing is missing but still good condition.

Guiding strips are ok

Feeding cleats are worn out, almost all.

Start/stop with frequency drive.

Side walls ok on incline part and in pit.
