Horizon Booklet Production Line SPF-200L, FC-200L, Used

The Horizon booklet production line featuring the models SPF-200L, FC-200L, is a state-of-the-art, modular solution for the efficient production of saddle-stitched booklets – including A4 landscape format. The system is suitable for both offset and digital printing and is especially designed for small to medium print runs. Thanks the Booklet maker (SPF-200L), and front trimmer (FC-200L), the line offers maximum flexibility and productivity in post-press processing.

- Automated Settings: All format and production parameters are automatically set via a large, intuitive color touchscreen – including fold roller gap.
- A4 Landscape Capability: The SPF-200L enables the production of booklets in A4 landscape format, making it particularly versatile.
- High Speed: Up to 4,000 booklets/hour for stitching (3,500 in landscape format).
- Flexible Configuration: Can be combined with additional Horizon feeders and digital print feeders for hybrid production lines.
- Versatile Formats: Processes formats from at least 148 x 120 mm up to a maximum of 610 x 350 mm (SPF-200L).
- Robust Wire Processing: Various stitching heads available for different wire gauges and loop stitching.
- Easy Operation: Large touchscreens on all main modules for rapid setup and error diagnosis.
