Measuring program:
8-point measurement for rectangular parts (e.g. rectangle, parallelogram, or trapezoid)
Process: 8 points of the workpiece are scanned (two points per edge at each corner)
Result: Displays 2 x length (top, bottom), 2 x width (right, left), 4 x angles
Report: When nominal values and tolerances are entered, an actual/target comparison is generated and deviations are displayed in tabular form.
Results can be saved as PDF (report) or in an SQL database for statistical analysis.
Inspection and documentation of manufacturing status possible during the production process: after cutting, after edge-banding, or after drilling, depending on value creation.
Vacuum system (Venturi principle):
6 vacuum suction cups integrated in the measuring field secure the workpiece during measurement.
