We offer the GROTE MODEL SS-2 sector slicer, designed for efficient cutting of products into halves or quarters before further slicing. This is a specialized machine designed for manufacturers of pizza, ready meals, cold cuts, and snacks who want to automate an additional stage of raw material preparation, increase line efficiency, and improve product quality and yield.

The SS-2 sector slicer cuts products lengthwise into 1/2 or 1/4, preparing them for further slicing into slices, cubes, or shreds. It works perfectly with Grote 613 bulk cutting equipment and slicers/applicators that apply slices directly to pizza bases or trays with high weight accuracy.
