Industrial machine lamination for offset and digital, simultaneous front & back laminating. The machine is equipment with Heidelberg vacuum feed.
New equipment ! Equipment has not been used for work but only for initial testing/installation.
Laminating machine to be perfectly adapted for both offset printing and digital printing with dry toner.

Maximum speed: 25 m/min (working speed is variable depending on several factors: paper/cardboard substrate, the type and quality of the laminating foil and the type of printing (offset, ink, laser or digital). It can laminate one side or both sides in one pass, working speed up to 25 m/min can be achieved even in double-sided mode.

Full option equipment:
- automatically overlaps and separates plasticised sheets,

- Hilderberg vacuum feed from 54 cm high stack and automatic lift and 6 bar 130 l/min external compressor;
- jogger for receiving laminated sheets, with 10 cm stack;
- equipped with 2 pneumatic axles for fixing the laminating roll;
- equipped with 2 pairs of press rollers for front/back lamination;
- accepts 3000 m rolls, foil between 24 and 31 microns;
- BOPP film accepted between 23 and 42 microns, Nylon maximum 35 microns, PET maximum 35 microns (regardless of film producer);
