4.Measurements:
1. Pre-modification; the present flatness accuracy of the substrate supporting
surface and the linearity of the rubbing roll to the supporting surface are
measured to determine the actual status
1.1.1. Measurement performed with and without a (largest) substrate
1.1.2. Measurement performed under process / ambient conditions
2. Post modification; the modified flatness accuracy of the substrate supporting
surface and the linearity of the rubbing roll to the supporting surface are
measured to determine the improved status
2.1.1. Measurement performed with and without a (largest) substrate
5. Ambient conditions:
1. Temperature: 20 ± 5oC
2. Humidity: 50 ± 25%RH
6.Acceptance:
1. Approval of design drawings by customer before supplier starts manufacturing
1.1. The design approval will not free the supplier of his obligations to fulfill all
parts of the deliverable

2.3.2. Demonstration functionality on substrate sizes;
2.3.2.1. 10pcs. 300x300x4.0mm
2.3.2.2. 10pcs. 800x800x4.0mm
2.3.2.3. 10pcs. 1,200 x 1,500 x 4.0mm
2.3.2.4. 10pcs. substrate variations such as 2.0mm and/or tempered
