COUDERT Ligne de Capsulage

The COUDERT capping line is a complete industrial solution designed for filling, capping, and packaging liquid, semi-liquid, or pasty food products. Designed to automate several production steps within a single installation, it improves throughput, dosing accuracy, and packaging consistency while reducing manual handling. Lines of this type are used in the sauces, jams, honey, condiments, ready-made meals, dairy products, and other food preparations sectors that require precise dosing and secure sealing.

This installation consists of four complementary pieces of equipment: a COUDERT pneumatic dosing unit, a capper, a steam generator, and an accumulation table. The dosing unit operates according to a volumetric principle using a syringe-type piston, ensuring excellent dosing repeatability. The containers are then transferred to the capper, which ensures consistent closure of the packages. The steam generator is used for operations requiring heat treatment of the caps, while the accumulation table streamlines production flow at the end of the line to prevent interruptions and bottlenecks.
