The KDMP400 wet blasting cabinet is an advanced device designed for precise, controlled, and dust-free surface treatment using a mixture of water and abrasive media. Wet blasting technology effectively eliminates airborne dust, significantly improving operator working conditions and allowing the machine to be used in enclosed spaces and areas with higher cleanliness requirements.

The KDMP400 model is designed for intensive industrial use. Its all-stainless-steel construction ensures high resistance to corrosion, moisture, and the aggressive action of abrasives. The closed-loop water–abrasive system enables a stable, uniform cleaning suspension, ensuring even surface treatment without the risk of overheating or damaging the workpiece. This process is particularly effective for thin-walled components and parts requiring high-precision finishing.

Design and functionality

The KDMP400 cabinet is made of high-quality stainless steel, ensuring long service life and resistance to water and abrasive media. The spacious working chamber allows convenient handling of larger parts, while the sealed design prevents moisture and contaminants from escaping outside.

The unit is equipped with working lights to improve comfort and an inspection window that provides good visibility of the processed part. Integrated protective gloves allow precise handling of the workpiece without contact with the working medium.

Control is performed via a foot pedal, enabling the operator to work with both hands and maintain full control over the process. The water–abrasive mixing system ensures consistent operating parameters and uniform surface cleaning.

Proper operation requires connection to a compressed air supply, which drives the blasting process.
