Constmach 300 Ton Capacity Cement Silo

CONSTMACH CS-300, a bolted-type cement silo with a capacity of 300 tons, has been specially developed for high-volume concrete production plants. It offers maximum safety, durability, and efficiency, particularly in large-scale projects where cement storage is critical. The silo is easily transportable and can be quickly assembled on site thanks to its modular design.

Its high-strength steel body ensures deformation-free use even under heavy working conditions. The CS-300 model comes standard with a maintenance platform between the legs, a cement filling line, internal and external manholes, safety guards, and special flange connections for the pressure relief valve. In addition, flanges suitable for installing an air filter and butterfly valve are located on the roof.

All parts are manufactured using laser cutting and precision drilling technology to achieve a long-lasting structure. During the silo's production process, all static and mechanical strength calculations are performed using the “ANSYS Workbench CAE” analysis program. Thanks to the 140-micron-thick anti-corrosive and epoxy paint layers applied, the silo provides complete protection against corrosion and external factors.
