CONSTMACH JC-1 mobile jaw crusher plant is specially designed for crushing the hardest rocks with high abrasiveness, such as granite, basalt, and gabbro, which have a high silica (SiO₂) content. Standing out for its durability, performance, and mobility, the JC-1 offers a superior crushing solution with its long-lasting components and sophisticated engineering. Thanks to its dual-chassis design, both primary and secondary crushing operations are performed in a single mobile system. The CJC-60 primary jaw crusher and METSO HP 100 or equivalent cone crusher in the system ensure high efficiency and homogeneous product distribution.

This plant has a production capacity of 60-80 tons/hour and can process materials up to a maximum size of 610 x 380 mm. It is possible to produce 3 to 4 different fractions simultaneously with the JC-1. Furthermore, it can be integrated with the V-70 mobile sand making plant, which includes a VSI crusher, to increase the fine material ratio. The JC-1 is easy to transport, complies with international road transport standards, and can be set up quickly without the need for a crane or loader thanks to its hydraulic foot system. The PLC-based automation system and remote control feature offer operators a user-friendly experience.
