System dimensions:
The full installation measures 6 meters in length, 3.20 meters in height, and approximately 1.20 meters in width. The round turntable (disc) has a diameter of 1.5 meters.

The system does not have to be installed in a straight configuration. It can be rotated 90 degrees in two sections, allowing for a U-shaped layout. This flexibility permits installation in more confined spaces without impacting performance. The system’s height is fixed and not adjustable.

Machine output:
The system offers an output of approx. 500 kg per hour.

Bag size and weight:
Bag dimensions can be fully configured for your requirements – ranging from small bags of approx. 5 grams up to larger bags of 20 kg or even 40 kg. The setting can be flexibly adapted to your production needs.

Buffer tank:
The buffer tank provides a capacity of 20 kg.

Maintenance costs:
The average annual maintenance expenditure, excluding materials and call-out charges, is between €1,200 and €1,500 per year.
