Chemtech International Ltd. SHORTENING PROCESSING 18,6 t/h

A complete line for the production of margarine, confectionery fats, shortening, etc. is sold, with an additional line for milk powder and an automatic CIP rinsing system.

It combines equipment from the following manufacturers: CHEMTECH, ALFA LAVAL, TMCI Padovan, O/K Internatsonal, FAVEO, Bortolinkemo, Atlanta, Cidiesse.
The plant is located in Chornomorsk. Both lines were installed in 2012, produced one batch and shut down. The equipment needs to be dismantled. More info by phone and presentation on request.

Description of margarine production lines

Composition of line A. - four 5 m3 tanks for emulsion preparation with stirrers and pumps. The tanks are mounted on strain gauges; - four 50-liter tanks for flavoring and coloring with peristaltic pumps; - main heat exchanger-pasteurizer of 3 sections of plate type; - main piston pump; - block of creamers (C1+C2); - block of creamers (C3+C4); - working module with 2 pin rotors; - working module with 2 pin rotors. A separate option (with the possibility of connecting) in the line is an aging pipe and a molding kempak machine for the production of margarine for puff pastry. Line capacity: 5 tons/hour for industrial margarines, 1 ton/hour for puff pastry margarine.

Composition of line B. - two 5 m3 tanks for preparation of emulsion with stirrers and pumps. The tanks are mounted on strain gauges; - one 50-liter tank for flavoring and coloring with a peristaltic pump; - plate-type heat exchanger-fuse; - main piston pump; - block of kemetators (C1+C2); - block of kemetators (C3+C4); - working unit with 2 pin rotors; - working unit with 2 pin rotors. The line capacity for industrial margarines and shortening is 5 tons per hour.

Two parallel lines for containerization and filling of margarines consist of:  unit for forming cartons;  unit for lining cartons with plastic film;  station for filling margarines into cartons;  unit for sealing cartons;  printer for printing on cartons.
Three tanks for SIR washing are installed to wash the production lines and equipment. The tanks are designed to prepare cleaning solutions and clean water for washing. The washing station is equipped with a pump.
All processes of product production, container formation, filling and packaging, and transportation of boxes are automated to the maximum extent possible. The level of automation is PLC plus SKADA.

To produce new fatty products, Chemtech International Ltd. supplied a pilot margarine plant with a capacity of 120 kg/h.

Function: Production and packaging of margarine, confectionery, culinary and bakery fats, as well as for the dairy industry with a capacity of 12.4 tons per hour or production and packaging of margarine for puff pastry with a capacity of 4.5 tons per hour.
Function: Manufacturing and packing of confectionery and bakery fats, and dairy industry with a capacity of 18.6 tons per hour or manufacturing and packing of fats for dairy products, cocoa oil substitutes with a capacity of 12.4 tons per hour.
