ALL-IN-ONE Shredding System – WT3080 30 kW + PC3280R 22 kW + Big-Bag Station

We offer a new, compact ALL-IN-ONE shredding and granulating system, combining a WT3080 single-shaft shredder with hydraulic pusher, a PC3280R knife granulator, and a complete Big-Bag material collection station with a 5.5 kW transport fan and two Big-Bag filling positions.

The system combines pre-shredding and fine granulation in one compact installation. The WT3080 is installed directly above the PC3280R granulator, allowing the pre-shredded material to be transferred directly into the granulator for the second stage of size reduction.

SYSTEM CONFIGURATION:

1. WT3080 – Single-Shaft Shredder with Hydraulic Pusher

The hydraulic pusher automatically feeds material towards the cutting rotor, ensuring stable and efficient operation even with bulky and irregular waste.

2. PC3280R – Knife Granulator

Rotor diameter: 320 mm
Cutting chamber: 834 × 414 mm
V-type rotor: 3 × 2 rotating knives
Fixed knives: 2 × 2
Standard screen perforation: 12 mm

The PC3280R performs the second stage of the process, reducing the pre-shredded material to a significantly smaller and more uniform final fraction.

3. Complete Big-Bag Material Collection Station

The transport fan transfers the ground material from the granulator to the Big-Bag station, providing an efficient and convenient system for collecting the final regrind.

APPLICATIONS:

The ALL-IN-ONE system is suitable for processing various materials, including:

PP, PE, HDPE and LDPE plastics,
plastic lumps and purgings,
plastic pipes and profiles,
plastic crates and containers,
injection molding waste,
film waste,
cable waste,
paper and cardboard,

Big-Bags,
various industrial and production waste.

The main advantage of the system is its compact design and complete two-stage shredding process – the WT3080 performs preliminary shredding, while the PC3280R granulator reduces the material to the required final fraction. The processed material is then pneumatically transported directly to the two-position Big-Bag station.

This configuration follows the principle used in GrabTrade complete crushing lines: pre-shredder → knife granulator → transport fan → Big-Bag collection station.
