Digital printing system for carpet and textile printing
ChromoJet is a valve-based jet printing technology developed by ZIMMER in 1976, and it has since become a mainstay in carpet printing and printing on heavy textiles.

The digital printing systems in the ChromoJet family are suitable for all types of pile products with a weight range of 300 to 1,500 g/m².

ChromoJet operates with high-speed valves.
The pre-mixed, pressurized special or process colors are injected deep into the surface of the pile with surgical precision, without any machine parts touching the fabric.
The result is deep color penetration and excellent print resolution.

Dye classes:
Acid and pre-metallized – for printing on polyamide (nylon) and wool
Disperse – for printing carpets with a polyester base
Cationic – for printing modified (cationic) polyester and acrylic fibers
Reactive – for printing carpets and mats with a polyamide, wool, and cotton base

Applications:
Floor coverings such as carpets, rugs, carpet tiles, and mats
