This equipment integrates the operations of sterilizing the packaging material, forming the brick, dispensing the product, and hermetically sealing it within a continuous process under aseptic conditions.
Tetra Pak technology enables the packaging of previously sterilized liquid products, such as UHT milk, juices, nectars, and plant-based beverages, promoting their preservation at room temperature without the need for refrigeration before opening, provided that the required sterilization and packaging conditions are met.

OPERATING PROCESS

The multi-layer packaging material is fed from a reel and passes through the machine's sterilization system.
Subsequently, the material is formed into a continuous tube by longitudinal sealing. The product, previously sterilized using a compatible UHT system, is introduced inside under aseptic conditions.
The machine performs transverse sealing, separation, and forming of the individual 200 ml packages, resulting in hermetically sealed bricks.
The finished packages can be automatically transferred to inspection, straw application, coding, grouping, case packing, and palletizing systems.
