Sys Tec IT3000 Industrial Weighing Terminal
Universal industrial weighing terminal for integration into Ethernet networks

It includes proven, configurable standard weighing applications:

· BASIC for simple weighing systems
· COUNT for piece counting
· CHECK for simple checkweighing
· FILL for simple filling systems
· ONLINE for simple weighing systems
· TRUCK/ONLINE for vehicle weighing systems with online PC connection.

Parameter settings can be configured from a PC using the IT3000 Configurator or directly via the network using a web browser.

After each weighing operation, the weight, date, time, and entered data can be saved directly to a file on the PC's hard drive via Ethernet.
No special PC software is required for this.

In ONLINE mode, the IT3000 can be remotely controlled from a PC via the Ethernet interface.
The command set includes weight requests, taring, zero-setting, and dialog functions.
Any scale overload or other faults are logged in an error table—complete with date and time—and can be viewed via a web browser.
Features an integrated legal-for-trade weight memory;
optional legal-for-trade weight memory on the PC hard drive is also available. Operation
User guidance via 20-character backlit plain-text display; data entry via numeric and function keys beneath an acid-resistant overlay.

Weighing Electronics
Integrated measuring amplifier for connecting up to eight 350-ohm strain-gauge load cells (4- and 6-wire technology).
Calibration as single-range or multi-range scale and as single-interval or multi-interval scale.
Legal-for-trade resolution: 6,000d at max. 80% preload; internal resolution: 524,000d.
50 filtered measurements per second.
Calibration performed either on the IT3000 via display/keypad or via the Ethernet interface.

Ethernet Interface
Integrated Ethernet interface (RJ45) with configurable IP address for 10/100BASE-T networks.
Configuration via network using "EtherPort Tool" PC software.

Security
Data stored in a power-failure-proof manner.
Password protection.

Interfaces
One optional serial interface
(selectable: RS232, RS485, or passive 20mA CL) for connecting a printer, remote display, or reference scale.
Digital Inputs and Outputs
Optional PIM module with two digital 24V inputs and two digital 24V outputs.
