Professional fully-automatic packaging line from a renowned European manufacturer, consisting of three components: infeed conveyor, fully-automatic L-sealer, and shrink tunnel. The machines can be operated together as a line or individually. Suitable, for example, for packaging food, technical items, print and paper products, household goods, toys, and textiles.

Infeed Conveyor GH 1000 / 400:
- Infinitely adjustable speed.

Fully-Automatic L-Sealer FP 6000 CS
- The L-sealer is equipped with multiple monitoring sensors, light barriers, or photocells for process automation as well as mechanically adjustable product guides. User-friendly control panel with extensive functions and settings such as automatic and setup mode, memory for different packing formats, piece counter, packaging performance calculation, multipack functions, communication functions, password levels, and energy-saving features.
- Motorized adjustment of sealing frame and forming angle.
- Packaging output: up to approx. 50 units/min.
- Maximum product length approx. 600 mm (sealing bar length approx. 650 mm).
- Maximum product width approx. 400 mm (cross-sealing bar length approx. 500 mm).

- Maximum product height approx. 200 mm (opening at sealer approx. 300 mm).
- Maximum film roll length approx. 600 mm. Film can be perforated using 4 adjustable needle rings.

Shrink Tunnel Smipack T 450:
- Up to 10 programs can be stored.
- Tunnel opening approx. 450 x 250 mm.
- Temperature adjustable from 85 to 200 °C.
- Conveyor speed adjustable from 2.8 to 9.4 m/min.
- Hot air flow can be set via several deflection plates at the tunnel entrance and exit.
- Machine is mobile and can be fixed in place via lockable castors.
- Adjustable outfeed roller conveyor with protective cover (removable) approx. 1 m long and 400 mm wide.

Comprehensive documentation such as operating manuals, wiring diagrams, and spare parts lists is available.

Only about 3,500 packages have been produced with this line, so it is in nearly unused condition.
