Mô tả
SMB Technik Multima 9R/9L/3K automatic beer bottling monobloc for rinsing, counter-pressure filling and crown capping of glass bottles.
The machine was previously in operation at a Norwegian brewery. Following the sale and removal of the labelling machine, an electric motor is required to drive the bottling line. The electric motor is not included in the sale.
The SMB rinsing, filling and capping monobloc was operational prior to this change and can be inspected at its current location in Norway.
CONFIGURATION
* 9-station bottle rinser
* 9-head counter-pressure filler
* 3-head crown capper
* Automatic bottle transfer through rinsing, filling and capping sections
* Conveyor sections
* CO₂ counter-pressure / isobaric filling
* Long-tube bottom-up filling
* Separate bottle pressurising and return-gas system
* Automatic filler bowl level and pressure control
* High-pressure injection / jetter before capping
* Electrically interlocked safety doors
* Automatic bottle presence monitoring
FILLING PROCESS
The Multima is designed for bottling beer in glass bottles. Bottles are rinsed before being transferred to the filling section.
Before filling, the bottles are pressurised, normally using CO₂. Beer is then filled from the bottom through long filling tubes. The system uses separate channels for bottle pressurising gas and return gas and is designed to minimise turbulence, foaming and oxygen uptake.
After filling, the bottles pass a high-pressure injection device (jetter), which produces controlled foaming to help displace air from the bottle neck immediately before crown capping.
