1.7 Drawbar:

In accordance with German Road Traffic Licensing Regulations (StVZO), protected installation, 5-chamber taillights integrated into the underrun protection, Euro plug, 15-pin socket, 2 red position lights above the rear portal. ABS with connection cable. 2 additional position lamps on underrun protection. Marker lights mounted on right and left rear uprights.
Floor:
Made of 24 mm thick vehicle floor panels, film-coated underneath to prevent moisture ingress, upper surface with anti-slip phenolic resin finish, flush-laid and sealed all around.
Front Wall:
Made from special vehicle-grade plastic panels, closed up to the roof, laid flat with one center reinforcement.
Side Walls:
ZIKUN drop and swing mechanism. Continuous drop-side, horizontally split. Lower side can be folded down, which mechanically swings the upper side onto the roof. The lever mechanism, supported by spring tension, is mounted on the front wall, ensuring that no mechanical parts protrude into the loading area or corner stanchions. Load is transferred via a torsion tube in the roof, ensuring the drop-sides move smoothly and evenly in all positions. Important: When open, the lower drop-side stands vertically at the vehicle. Easy, flush entry at the front wall—no interfering stanchions. Upper drop-side in 25 mm special aluminum composite panels. Central locking left and right mounted.
Roof:
Fixed roof consisting of steel bows with permanently bonded aluminum sheets, externally powder-coated in white RAL9010.
Bumper/Impact Protection:
Welded steel rub rail on both sides as forklift collision protection.
