KALLFASS Universa 400

Fully automatic flow-pack machine for packaging products – regardless of their length – in a fully enclosed manner and without film overlap. The products are fed via a conveyor belt and simultaneously inserted into a half-tube film using a forming shoulder. Product detection is carried out using a light barrier. The feed belt can be easily adjusted to accommodate different product widths. The longitudinal sealing is created by a continuous side sealing unit. The height of the forming shoulder and sealing units can be adjusted manually.

Worn parts and defective parts have been replaced.
The machine has been technically inspected by Kallfass and is fully functional.
