Ilapak Delta 500 LDR

We offer a used Ilapak Delta 500 LDR – a horizontal flow-pack / HFFS packaging machine designed for producing hermetically sealed film packs.

The Delta 500 LDR is equipped with ILAPAK’s Long-Dwell sealing technology, developed to ensure strong and hermetic seals. This makes the machine suitable for packing fresh products where extended shelf life, product protection and stable quality during transport and storage are important.

The machine is suitable for irregular shaped products and features a variable cut-off length according to product length. The standard configuration includes bottom film feeding, also known as an inverse machine configuration, and control by an industrial PC.

The Delta series flow wrappers are designed for reliable, high-speed hermetic sealing. Thanks to the flexibility of the design, the machine can be used not only in the food industry, but also in non-food applications where a sealed pack is required, such as medical, hygiene or personal care products.
