Machine Features
Braiding Machines:
- One machine is equipped with 4 needle heads, the other with 2 needle heads, enabling simultaneous production of 6 cords.
- Automatic stop function: If the yarn breaks or a needle is damaged, the affected needle head stops automatically.
- Needle heads for cord production: 4 needle heads with 4 needles – for fine cords approx. 3 mm in diameter, 2 needle heads with 6 needles – for cords with a diameter of 5–6 mm
- Needle heads with 3 to 18 needles can be ordered and replaced from the manufacturer.
Industrial Yarn Winding Machine:
- Cross-winding system for even yarn distribution
- Automatic stop at the end of the cord
Operation & Control:
- Speed display for the needle heads as well as for the feeder
- Each needle head can be switched on and off individually
- Adjustable speed
Scope of Delivery & Additional Equipment:
- 2 braiding machines with a total of 6 needle heads

Location & Collection:
The machines are located in Munich and are available for collection from mid-October.
Upon collection, we are happy to provide an introduction to operation.
The listed price refers to the entire set (all 3 machines plus yarn stands). Sale of individual items is possible, price on request.
The machines are in excellent condition – they were used for just about one year (approx. 15 hours per week) and are ready for immediate operation.
