Exile SPYDER II DTS 30

We are offering this used Exile SPYDER II DTS 30 machine for CTS (Computer-to-Screen) stencil production in screen printing.

THE MACHINE WAS RECENTLY SERVICED AND COMPREHENSIVELY REFURBISHED BY THE MANUFACTURER IN 04/2026:
- NEW PRINT HEAD
- HARDWARE AND SOFTWARE UPGRADE (including new board for print head control)
- REPLACEMENT OF MINOR COMPONENTS (including vacuum regulator)

Despite the 2021 year of manufacture, this SPYDER II is now technically fully up to date in terms of key components and delivers excellent and precise results. Print quality has further improved significantly since this upgrade. In textile screen printing, we use it to expose halftones up to 60 LPI, but the machine can also produce even finer test patterns.

The reason we are considering selling the machine at this time is our transition to a laser-to-screen device.
