For clean components in continuous operation
Continuous-flow cleaning system made of stainless steel, equipped with an oil separator for uninterrupted material throughput. The workpieces are conveyed continuously—or in a clocked manner, if required—through successive treatment zones. Cleaning is performed as the parts pass through fixed nozzle systems.

Suitable for parts with dimensions approx. 400 x 100 mm
A wire link chain conveyor transports the components through the cleaning system, either lying flat or standing.
• Surrounding nozzle frame – the offset nozzle arrangement enables thorough, all-round cleaning
• Separation of treatment zones reduces cross-contamination
• Nozzle frames and nozzles can be adapted to suit the parts
• Usable dimensions, load capacities, and pump performance can be customized

The process steps are carried out in successive treatment zones:
• Spray cleaning with sequential wet-treatment zones (washing, degreasing, phosphating, rinsing, passivation)
• Drying

Each machine comes with stainless steel drip pans for spill protection. These are included in the price and will be supplied with the machines.
