VFFS machine with integrated free-fall metal detector for checking vertically falling products and with 14-head multihead weigher for bulk materials and granulates. Compact design without platform stand. Suitable for form, fill and seal of pillow bags and gusseted stand-up pouches (gusset tool needed) OR for pyramid shaped bags (special sealing unit is than mounted just for it). The packaging machine is equipped with: touch screen operating interface; plc; eye mark sensor for seal/cutting position; servo driven sealing unit for end sealing; servo motor for film pulling; ribbon printer for batch number, date, BBD. - Specifications multihead weigher: number of weighing heads: 14 heads; weighing range (single dump): 1~60g; volume per weighing head: 0.3L; weighing accuracy: X(0.5); discharge flap: single flap; surface finshing: plain surface (optional for surcharge dimpled surface); product contact parts from: AISI 304 (optional for surcharge AISI 316). - Specifications free-fall metal detector: sensitivity: FE from Ø 1.2mm, AISI from Ø 2.5mm; tube diameter: according to the forming collar. - Specifications VFFS machine: max. speed of the machine in neutral: 90 cycles/min; bag sizes: L(40-250)xW(50-170)mm, (double film pulling possible for longer bags); suitable film width: 120-360mm; product contact parts from: AISI 304 (optional for surcharge AISI 316); power supply: 220V, 50/60Hz; air pressure: 0.4-0.8MPa.
